The Rosecrest mixed-use residential master plan is supported by a variety of neighborhoods that are contained within development maps. The Master Plan presents the overall Rosecrest community boundary. The individual community maps highlight neighborhoods in which building lots or homes are currently available. Certain communities are part of a Home Owners Association and governed by a unique set of guidelines. The remaining communities are governed by Rosecrest’s Master Plan Community Guidelines. The Herriman Towne Center (HTC) map illustrates the 377-acre site located along 13400 South, and mixed-use plans.
